We believe small business owners should spend time on what matters—not drowning in busywork.
I grew up watching my parents run a small business. For as long as I can remember, that was the backdrop of my life—the early mornings, the late nights, the wins and the worries. I saw firsthand what it takes to build something of your own.
I got a business degree. I had friends who started their own companies. I made plans to launch something myself—more than once. But I never quite believed in the idea enough to take the leap.
Then AI changed everything.
In my personal life, I started using AI and automation for everything—streamlining tasks, generating ideas, building systems that worked while I slept. The technology was genuinely transformative. Suddenly, one person could do what used to take a team.
Meanwhile, at my 9-to-5, I watched a large organization with dedicated IT resources struggle to figure out how to adopt the same tools. Committees, consultants, pilot programs—months of discussion about technology I was already using every day.
That's when it clicked: if they're struggling to keep up, what about the small business owner? The restaurant owner, the fitness studio, the local service company—people who are experts at what they do, but don't have time to become experts in AI too?
This was the idea I'd been waiting for. It connected everything—my love for small business, my background in technology, and a genuine way to help people I understand because I grew up around them.
So I finally went for it.
I started with friends who owned small businesses. I helped them automate their routine tasks, introduced them to AI tools that actually made sense, and watched their businesses transform. They got their time back. They stopped drowning in busywork. They could finally focus on growth.
That's what Maverick Tech is about: bringing enterprise-level technology advantages to small businesses—without the enterprise-level complexity or cost.
A maverick is someone who thinks independently, who doesn't follow the crowd, who finds their own path. That's exactly what small business owners do every day—and it's how we approach solving their problems.
We don't sell cookie-cutter solutions. We don't push unnecessary tools. We listen, understand your unique situation, and build something that actually works for you.
To give small business owners their time back by making technology work for them—not the other way around.
We believe that with the right systems in place, you can run a more profitable business while actually being more present for the things that matter: your family, your health, your life outside of work.
Technology should serve people, not the other way around. We build solutions that fit your life and your business—not systems that demand you change everything.
We take responsibility for results. If something isn't working, we don't make excuses—we fix it. Your success is our success.
We use cutting-edge technology, but only when it actually helps. No buzzwords, no shiny objects—just tools that deliver real results.
